So, the undisputed king of pop Michael Jackson is dead, and yet Ladyboy GaGa and James Blunt are still coughing up piles of 'music' for the average idiot with a mobile phone and a top deck fetish, now might be a good time to play "kick a silverback gorilla in the balls and see how long you last before he pulls your eyes out through your arsehole".
But before you do, the Tabby will be playing with our rock buddies White Lightning in the Trinity in Harrow on the 3rd of July, we're looking to start it off around 7pm so theres plenty of time for drinks and merryment to be had before the roof caves in! Although we've taken it a little easier this year so far with all the bits and bops going on at the mo, we are aching to rip out many sets in different venues as soon as possible, so keep your ears pricked and oyster cards topped up!

Thanks to everyone who came down to see Ten Ton Tabby play, or stop playing the pin ball machine to rock out with us at The Gaff!
We had a great night seeing all the bands play and plain old 'avain a larf while drinking with the members (Fosters IS a mans drink), thumbs up and manly handshakes to Jack (Stoneturner/Cujo) for putting on an awsome night.
We've no live shows booked at the moment due to recording and rehersals but should be dragging the rock by the tail kicking and screaming around london very soon, we'll keep updating the site and sending out newsletters when we know, so you'll know when we know and we'll know you know cuz we'd know you know..........you know?

Hey people!
Continuing with the stricked monthly updates every other month, and with late night rehearsals and small bowls of Kellogs credit crunch for breakfast, we have finalised the tracks for the new E.P. Expect to hear a diverse arsenal of guitar crunching, drum smacking, vocal wrenching, bass thumping assault to a couple of easy melodic, vocal accompanying, harmonically soothing....................bass thumping, drum smacking jems.
We're looking to pull a few easier on the ear tracks out of the studio and let 'em loose among the new set when next we play, "and when will that be" we hear you ask? We've got a few places in mind which includes the comfortable Trinity in Harrow and a few other venues in and around central within a couple of months but you will be kept updated on the site as soon as we know, or as soon as we find out how to beam the information from our minds through to you directly Jean-luc Picard style...........i mean Professor X

Welcome Back people! Quick update so far, we're just chilling at the moment waiting for our results in the key skills lessons to arrive (fingers crossed) and officially cracking down on rehearsing songs for the comming E.P. within the next month or two, most you would have heard the newbies from the prevoius gigs and maybe some new gems that we're in the process of writting will be thrown in as well. Yes, i may be clarifying what's written before (maybe you can take a shot at who i am, lucky winners may be awarded with a rant about my life and views on another site) but we'll keep you updated on any gigs we might play in the meantime and providing we have space in the van and the tantrums are kept to a minimum, we might try and turn up on time to them without the need to take a detour for a fix, keep it heavy and see you guys when we see ya! It seems only Lord Lee can add news so this is going to be the longest f**king headline ever in an attempt to get him to sort it out. I'm sure he'll tell me it's down to something I've done or the latop I'm using to type this in the first place. The idea was to tell you all (knowing there's a high chance only 3 other people ever visit this site) that The Tabby will soon be attempting to record their first proper EP. A few of the band members are currently undertaking key skills lessons in certain areas and providing pass results are good we should have a small musical nugget to deposit in our friends and fans hands at the end of every show post April/May. The studio will be hit hard over the next 2-3 months in an attempt to bring our shit to the fore. Those of you outside the band that do visit the site and have therefore hopefully seen us play (or at least heard us) may be surprised to hear that I for one (who am I? - correct answers will be rewarded with a kiss - do get in touch) will be pushing for us to show our softer side on this EP. Depending on how the Key Skills lessons go it'll be a 5-6 song EP. It's been decided that Home will be given the full studio treatment and for sure our little pirate favourite "Jack Sparrow" will be on there too. As you may be able to tell we are now desperate to get out there again and give the people what tey want - STI's - to a good sound track of course. The fact that I'm typing what may go down in the record books as the longest headline in history is an indication of both my/our want to make this year count and an indication of Ian's power hungry and controlling nature. All will be well as long as I don't single handedly bring down the site. Expect to see weekly updates at the very least from today onwards as my married life reallt begins to kick in. If there ain't an update there's a good f**king reason - literally ;-). I'll leave you with our first addition to the Tabby clothing empire. At the end of this beautiful headline is a link. The Tabby being the thinking band we are ave decided to design our first piece of clothing for the moochromats out there.
